一、工作经历: 入选教育部人才计划、四川省人才计划、康奈尔大学访问学者。中国公私合作（PPP）研究院首席专家、国家发改委和财政部PPP专家库双库专家、中国高校PPP论坛第一届学术委员会委员、四川省海绵城市建设专家委员会专家、成都市PPP项目评审专家、民盟四川省委经济专委会副主任、民盟成都市委经济工委委员。国家自然科学基金项目同行评议专家、国际著名期刊Transportation Research Part A (TRA)、International Journal of Project Management (IJPM)、International Journal of Production Research (IJPR)、Journal of Management in Engineering (JME)、Construction Management and Economics (CME)、Journal of Civil Engineering and Management (CEM)等匿名审稿人。
二、科学研究：
（一）文献及获奖情况概述： 主要从事大型基础建设项目（PPP）研究。作为主要研究人员参与美国国家科学基金1项；主持国家自然科学基金项目2项，教育部博士点基金项目、教育部留学回国基金项目各1项；主持四川省科技厅项目1项、成都市科技局项目1项。研究成果发表在Transportation Research Part A (TRA)、International Journal of Project Management (IJPM)、Journal of Management in Engineering (JME)、Construction Management and Economics (CME)等国际著名期刊上，并出版英文、中文专著各1部。研究成果2次获得四川省哲学社会科学优秀成果三等奖（排名第一）。2015年获得校优秀科技工作者，2018年获校优秀博士生导师。近年指导研究生5人次获得国家奖学金，1人获校优博。
